3. What are personal data?
Personal data are all information that relate to an identified or identifiable natural person; a natural person is deemed identifiable if he or she can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by means of assignment to an identifier such as a name. Personal information includes information such as your name, your address, your telephone number and your date of birth (if specified). Statistical information which cannot be related to you either directly or indirectly – such as the popularity of individual websites of our product range, or the number of users of a site – are not personal data.
4. Protection of minors
Our website is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from minors.

6. Rights of affected persons
6.1. Right to information and data portability
At any time, you have a right to view the personal data processed by us pursuant to Art. (15) DSGVO.
If the processing of the data under your consent or in accordance with Art. (6) Para. 1 (b) is based on a contract, then you may demand pursuant to Art. (20) Para. 1 DGVO to receive the personal data stored about you in a structured, current and machine-readable format or have them transferred to a system owned by a third party. You therefore have the right to the direct forwarding of your data.
6.2. Right to correction, restriction and deletion
In addition, pursuant to Art. (16) to (18) DSGVO you may demand the correction, restriction (blocking) or deletion of your personal data by us if the data have been incorrectly processed by us, or there are grounds for a restriction of further processing of the data, or the processing of data has become unlawful for various reasons or if their storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons. We would like to point out that your right to
deletion of data may be restricted by statutory retention periods.

9. Application documents
Your application documents can be sent to us by e-mail to personal(at)lako.de or by mail. Your application data will be received by the relevant personnel department and forwarded only to the specialist department in charge or to persons in charge of processing. All parties involved will treat your application documents with the appropriate care and in absolute confidence. The processing of data is based on Art. (6) Para. 1 b) DSGVO.
After completion of the applicant selection procedure we will retain your application documents for
3 months and then delete or destroy any copies if we will not have concluded a work contract with you. If we will include your application documents in our short list of applicants, we will notify you accordingly. As part of the notification process, you can actively consent to the further retention of your documents.

The access to your personally identifiable data stored by us is limited to our employees and the service providers contracted by us, who must handle these personal data in order to perform their duties.
