Measures within the company

All our employees who process personal data are trained according to GDPR. They are obliged to comply with the data protection requirements in accordance with the principles of the GDPR, as they are defined in Article 5 (1) GDPR for the processing of personal data.

Use and disclosure of personal data

A transfer of personal data to third parties does not take place.
Except: A transfer is made to public authorities such as law enforcement agencies or tax consultants when a legal obligation exists. In addition, a transfer to third parties will only be made if this is required for the above-mentioned purposes and permitted by law or if you have previously consented. Furthermore we are commited, in case of mandatory backup checks, to transfer data to official recipients according to Article 6 (1c) GDPR. In the case of employment of applicants from third countries, we transfer data to the central foreign and specialized agencies.

Duration of storage

The retention period of your personal data depends on the statutory retention periods or on the existence of the consent you may have given.

Right of access

According to the processing of your personal data, you have extensive rights. It is very important to us to familiarize you with these rights.

Right of access: You have the right to get informed about the data stored by us, in particular for what purpose the processing is carried out and how long the data ist stored. (Article 15 GDPR)

Right to rectification: You have the right to request immediate correction of personal data concerning you if this is incorrect. (Article 16 GDPR)

Right to erasure: You have the right, to demand deletion of personal data concerning you. These requirements stipulate that you can demand the deletion of your data if we for example, need no longer your personal information for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed. If we should have improperly processed the data or you should have legitimately objected or if there is a legal requirement to delete it. (Article 17 GDPR)

Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to demand a restriction of processing your data. This right exists in particular for the duration of the examination if you have denied the accuracy of the data concerning you. Likewise if you wish to have, instead of deletion, limited processing in case of an existing right of deletion. Furthermore, processing is limited in the event that the data is no longer required for the purposes we are pursuing, but you require the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims and if the successful exercise of an objection between us and you is controversial (Article 18 GDPR).

Right to Data portability: You have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided us in a structured, common, machine-readable format (Article 20 GDPR), if they have not already been deleted.

Right to object: You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for reasons arising from your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). We will cease the processing of your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
